As someone who has spent countless hours, days, weeks, months, years obsessing over this topic I can tell you all that our purpose in life is to live it to the fullest. Don't spend so much time looking for a purpose, just enjoy the small things. Follow what you enjoy and what is meaningful to you but you don't need to think so deeply about it, if you don't overthink things you'll naturally be led to things that make you happy. Don't put your life on hold while searching. I also think many people who are very successful in life are unhappy because their lives lack balance. Balance is extremely important in life.

If you’re reading this, know that you are worthy of anything you desire. But you might have to let go of the past and release the huge accumulation of fear based beliefs and emotions you have picked up since childhood. Success isnt created by accident but by design. You have a creative mind and unlimited potential. Never forget it. Stay strong and be blessed.

What a superb talk. I’ve learned there in 10 minutes that has taken me 47 years to do, I know my purpose now. Before I was playing the piano for recognition, for more likes and comments. After watching this talk, I now know my purpose is to help people to relax and sooth their minds through music.

Such a powerful short clip on how to find your purpose! Read a few comments and to everyone struggling to find their way, your definitely not alone. Finding your purpose can sometimes take a while, but when you have the right person to help you realize what’s in you, you’ll see it was right in front of you all along!

In my humble opinion, the answer to "who do you do it for?" should be yourself. You do it because it makes you feel good about yourself and because it makes you vibrate. All the rest are positive side effects of you being true to yourself.

You have to decide which part of your life you're referring to when you answer the five questions. These might not apply to your day job, but they might apply to your volunteer position. These might apply when you are taking care of your children, and they might not apply to a paying job you don't like.

In short, your life purpose is the contribution you give to other people, from your strenghts and from what you´re passionate about.

Brilliant! I can now put into one sentence what I do in a simple straight forward manner and in such a way that invites others to question me further in a positive way. That is a lot harder to do than you necessarily expect when you first try when embarking on a new career pathway you are building for yourself. This video was serendipitous timing for me. Thanks Adam.

That's actually pretty good! Short, concise and eye opening. I know what my purpose is but this helped clarify it more and motivates me to go after it even more. Great questions!

After reading almost half of the comments and finish watching this video I've come up with this fact that life is the way you pursue your enjoyable activities it's the pathway of doing what makes you invigorated and what grows such a huge entertainment inside you , just forget about this purpose thing and follow what you're passionate about what you feel flat out energetic and ready to do for no price whatsoever this thing will usher you automatically to your genuine passion .

There has been an interesting experience I have had which I´d like to share. For a while now I have been looking for my purpose, trying to find out that thing which it is I came here to do. I was thinking about it a lot. I sat in silence and quieted my mind. I connected deeper to my heart. I asked myself what are the 5 top things I want to focus on and master. I wrote them down. I have minimalized my life, I mean EVERYTHING! From the files on my phone, to my physical environment, to my computer to the "files" in my mind. EVERYTHING! And the results are amazing. I wake up and now exactly what my goals are. No more trying to think about them and doing it later or trying to figure it out. I realized that it is about setting and achieving goals meaningful to me and my purpose will reveal itself through action, not through thinking. I am curious to hear your thoughts on this!

I'm so glad this only takes five minutes. I heard another guy promising I could achieve Zen in six minutes. That's a one minute savings right there.

LOVE this! Our life purpose is our every moment. Everything we experience, share and learn. It's our connections and the path that leads us to the next phase in our lives, stepping stones, baby steps, big leaps and being open to new ideas and challenges and being present, intentional along the way. Paying attention, we learn something new from everyone we meet.
